How do you get rid of lice on a mattress or do they infest the bedding only?

Lysol disinfectant and a vacuum will treat your mattress. If you want to go to extremes, you could spray it down with bleach water and let it dry. Wash your linens in hot water and put pillows in dryer on high heat for 30 minutes. Make sure to vacuum carpets and treat with flea powder for carpets.
