Get someone to go piece by piece (of your hair that is) and take out all the lice and nit by hand do this to your whole head and they'll most likely be gone and make sure they have a flashlight to see all the nits, it takes ALOT of time (hours) but they'll be gone, or most of it that is (:

∙ 7y agoGo to the drugstore and get the shampoo that kills lice, but you also have to wash clothes and sheets to get rid of them. I think it takes two shampoos to rid your hair. I doubt you can do this overnight.
