How do you get rid of pimples on the back of your head under the hair?

I have the same problem but no one can see the acne so what i do is i put the acne cream on the pimples and then i take a quick shower to get it out of my hair and for the ones on the back of your head just leave it and drink lots of water, and if these methods dont work then ask your doctor.

∙ 11y agoWash your hair with soda water, leave it on for a few minutes after washing with shampoo. Make sure to use hypo allergenic or medicated shampoos with antibacterial elements to prevent the acne from coming back. You can also apply over the counter pimple remedies like salicylic acid or use cleansers and shampoos containing this. Regularly change pillow cases to avoid bacteria into the scalp.
