get some good sleep and do not get stressed out so much. Have fun and relax. Clean ur face as well. Also take some mornign walk and excercse. Also eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetable. Also you should stay away from sodium and get some more calcium and iron.

∙ 13y agoThe most effective way is to get more sleep. You can also use concealer and/or foundation makeup, with eyeshadow. TruBlend and TruMatch are the best over-the-counter foundations. Use it all over your face, and then put a thin second layer on the areas under your eyes.
Then dust under your eyes with a tiny amount of shimmery, pale pink eyeshadow. Both the color of the eyeshadow plus the shimmer will reflect light off of the areas under your eyes, making them appear less dark.
