∙ 14y agouse witch hazel twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening. Apply neosporin or cortizone after the watchhazel dries twice a day till everything clears up.

∙ 13y agoConsult with a dermatologist. They use lasers now for tattoos & such. perhaps they can do something for you. If it's under the hair line, I wouldn't even worry about it IMO.
