Ned Noodlehead is the owner of the comic book store on Super Power Island.
At the end of the quest, due to media confusion, Ned Noodlehead has been given credit for capturing Betty Jetty and has received the Island Medallion. If you visit him in his Comic Book Store, he will swap you the medallion for a hot dog.
Ned also turns up as a contestant on Reality TV Island.

I heartily suggest that you spend the 250 credits for the "costume saver" in the store. You can save up to three appearances at a time, and change them anytime you want by choosing, altering, and saving again. This way you can try out all of the costumes (and cell phone codes : 411, 911, 1225, and 1337) without having to get rid of them piecemeal.
