How do you get rid of the dent left by a pimple?

pimples are caused from oily stuff in ur skin eating french fries potato chips etc. can get u pimples i would recommend not eating that i wouldn't wanna use skin creams because pimples come back right after u stop using them don't pick at it or anything make sure u keep it clean and u wash ur hands and use soap and blah if u need to get it off fast try dabbing toothpaste on it before u go to bed

I'm sorry to say this, but you don't. The pit (or dent, as you call it) is there probably because you popped the pimple, causing it to scar. The scar tissue was to weak to support itself, and collapsed. Either that or by popping the pimple you managed to dig a bit of a hole in your face, and that's how it healed.

That is a scar, and there's no way to get rid of scars. This is why everybody always tells you not to pick at pimples or squeeze them.
