Now, go on the internet and download a program called "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware". Scan your computer with that, and hopefully it should come up with Rouge.SecurityTool results after it has scanned. If you can't download it directly to your computer, use an un-infected computer to download the installation program, put it on a USB flash drive or a CD/DVD disc and put it into your computer, and install it from there.
Remove everything about Security Tool, and voila. Security Tool is gone, and your bank account information is safe, since you did not buy it. If you did buy it, contact your credit card company immediately and tell them to cancel your card, or you are at risk of the idiots who made it taking all of your money out of your account.
