Most medications can be taken with diclofenac with out producing any harmful side effects or interactions, however ketorolac (brand name: Toradol) should be never be taken with diclofenac (or aspirin).
Ibuprofen has fewer side effects than diclofenac, though it's anti-inflammatory properties are weaker. Common side effects include gastro-intestinal discomfort (stomach ache), nausea and bleeding and ulceration. These can be reduced by taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) with food. I must add though, you should follow the advice your doctor gave. If you turn to answers.com, you probably don't have the expertise on which to make an informed decision.
I was on the pill (Yasmin) for 5 years and got my period 4 days after I stopped taking it. Everyone is different though.
Don't know about the epolamine. Can't find in my drug book. Diclofenac though, is part of diclofenac potassium, and diclofenac sodium, which are non-steroidal anti-inflammatories(NSAIDS). I can't locate any literature that says there is anything in them that would show up on a drug test. Most drug tests are highly specific. They look for THC, opiates, amphetamines, cocaine, and barbituates. Normal NSAIDS have NONE of those as ingredients.
The side affects are that you're taking cocaine. Also sleepyness. Remember, though, cocaine can be really damaging to your system.

I've had good results taking it, though the effects do seem to fade after a period of a few years. This may just be me though because I had the same problem with Zoloft. Other than that it gave me a good few years of happiness.
This is a hard question to answer because of what and how your body reacts with the meds that you are taking. I am aware of a connection between prevacid and your bodies action with magnesium. I am unaware if it effects everyone taking it though.
Yes, though you can reduce those effects by always taking aspirin with or after food. You shouldn't take aspirin if you have, or have had, a gastric ulcer.
