I think that those are called cancus sores I usually jus leave it alone and it goes away on its own but if it has been botering you try putting someice on it and that might help bring the bump down but your best bet is to just leave it alone.

White tongue, or more properly white hairy tongue, is a benign hypertrophy (overgrowth) of the filiform papilla. Although harmless, it may be a source of halitosis (bad breath). Vigorous brushing or scraping (using a tongue blade, spoon, or any non-sharp, blade-like object) will not only remove trapped debris within their mass but will also remove some of the excessive growth and minimize hygienic issues.

This may be a sign of a condition called Oral Leukopakia. Not sure if I spelled that right. This happens more readily with people who drink alcohol excessively or smokers. It could evolve into mouth cancer so a visit to the doctor would be advisable.

Why do I get a bump on my tongue when I'm constipated?

People who suffer from regular constipation have white bumps on their tongue. These white bumps are actually sores that develop over a period of time due to a weak digestive system. When the stools are not regularly passed or if the bowel movements are very difficult, it causes the body to heat up. Once body gets heated up, it results in soreness of the mouth and tongue eventually resulting in white bumps. This problem automatically vanishes when the constipation problem is resolved.
