You get it by going to pet party and then go to Maddie's Magic Shop and then you buy the Romantic Star Theme Box. Once you get that open it but first take it out from your storage. Then it will give you many things but just so you know it gives you things RANDOMLY. There are also 2 types of clothes. One is the male type and the other is the female type (girls type and boys type). Thats all I can say, hope it help!
