You could visit the Second-Hand Shop. It gives away wearable items that other users have donated.

Neopets launched this customising project on April 26th 2007 along with their new site layout. To make the neopets able to wear the clothes, they had to change them a little.
their purpose is to stop people like Darren wearing rubbish clothes
remove all cards in your deck delete them then buytwo rubbish/cheap cards, put in deck tye in'duplox' an you get 5 free cards
Wearables on Neopets have a small clothes-hanger icon surrounded by a circle in the bottom left-hand corner. Any item without that mark isn't wearable, and any item with it is.
Sadly, the Usuki Playsets are just toys for now, but maybe in the future we will be able to put clothes and hair on the Usuki dolls and change the outfits. For now, play with them as you would any other toy on Neopets.
Not really, Neopets is where you own a creature (ex: Kacheek) and you can buy them food, clothes, toys, and other items like that. You can play games to earn more neopoints (which can be used to purchase stuff) and you can battle in the battledome to make your neopets stronger. I guess you could consider it one, but in my opinion it's not.
Go in the inventory and click Donate underneath one of your items. But the only problem is you don't know which charity it goes to, like rubbish dump, garage sale , or the money tree.
