How do you get scouts on civony?

Civony is actually it's BETA name. It has now become Evony.

But nevermeind, to get scouts in EVONY you need to first construct a Rally Spot. Then you will need to create a Barracks. You should then be able to train up some souts staright away, it will, however, use some of your resources.

First you will need a Rally Spot.

After that, you need to build Barracks.

Third, you need to have an Academy.

Research Informatics Lvl 1.

Finally, you should be able to train Scouts.

It will cost you some resources though.
