There are a few ways to get sharp teeth some are epxensive, some arent. the most common way is to go to a piercing store or tattoo parlor and see if they do any other form of bodily mutilations (such as horns etc) and see if they or any one they might know will file your teeth. This is a very painful process as it is done with out putting your mouth to sleep (for most places). They will take a steel file and carve at your teeth or take a sharp blade or chizel and hammer at certain angles to sharpen your teeth.
