How do you get shaymin to sky form?

In Pokemon platinum.

You use a gracidea flower.

I think this is how you do it:

1. Have SHAYMIN in your party.

2. Go to Floaroma Town.

3. There is a sign saying: "Floaroma Town Vivid & Scented".

4. Two steps left of the sign (your left), there is a "beauty"(blond haired girl). Talk to her.

She'll give to you.

I think this is how you get it because I got it another way: The Pokesav and GTS way.

I had one and I heard you could get it the Floaroma Town way and so I tried it.

But when I talked to her she talked about Gracidea Flowers but didn't give me any
