You have to do a lot of excercises like leg lifts or crunches or planks or pull ups and just other things like that, but you have to keep working at it and not eat fattening foods.

Of course not! The highest abs you can pack are eight pack abs. Sixteen will not have women swooning, it will just be a weird disorder thing, unfortunately. So put away the dumbells if you have six packs! your wrong guy you can get 12

well you have to excersise everyday and what i mean is that you have to do sit ups and push ups they hurt alot you feel the burn in your abs or you can buy a DVD that deals with excersise so rember work out and do every day for an hour or two and 6 to 7 weeks you will have your abs or a six pack
Two weeks is a very short period of time to get six pack.
yes it is normal the extra two mean that you have built up the other two muscles next to your abs

No, max you can have is 8 pack . They exists although it is misleading. Everybody has the same muscles, but genetics, diet and daily activities give each of a unique build as the muscle grow and tone differently on each of us. Everyone have 8 pack, but not everybody can achieve them. And there is no such thing as 10 pack, 12 pack etc. Anatomicly we don't have that. So that is just stupid to say someone has 10 pack or more. 8 pack is final. :)
A better question would be If they broke up twice in six months and shes two months pregnant two months after they got back together is she pregnant? And the answer would be yes.
