Do 15 situps and then straight away do a 45sec prone hold- this is 1 set.
I would recommend you do 3 sets a day with 30sec rest inbetween- just before bed is the ideal time to do this. Situps will work your lower abdominal while prone hold will work upper abdominal. You may also wish to do some push ups to strengthen your chest (get pecs).
