The answer is through correct breeding. If you are past Riding Level 4, you can look at the genetic potential of a horse. If you want to breed two horses, you can add their two GP's together and divide by 2 to see what the foal's GP will be. You can do this with the GP from any one skill, or the total GP.

No, BMIs aren't passed down to foals. (Add me on howrse! ♥I♥love♥horses)
there are 2 foals and you keep one and send the other!
You can't change the time on Howrse.
yes, you can age your horse at any time provided you have enough aging points.
If you mean like triplet foals, you can't. You can have twins and one foal. Take the Fertility Wand (FW) and put it on your mare then breed her and she'll have Twins (:Edit by asker:Actually, yes you can. my first mare on her first foaling had 3 foals. I was wondering how it happened and if i could do it again
as of February 5, 2011 there are 3813165 horses, but there are almost 6 million players, and horses are having foals still.
Well, if you get a Medusa's Blood on Howrse, it enables you to make your horse into a Pegasus, giving it wings. Sadly, it doesn't pass through to foals. A lot of Howrse players say that should be otherwise. I will let you decide.
You get a normal foal. Medusa's blood is a BMI (Black Market Item) and doesn't pass onto foals.
genetic potential if it is like 500 or more it is classes as a starred horse it shows how good ur horse is
There are zebra foals and pony foals, so yes.
Foals typically stop suckling from their mother at around 4-6 months of age. This timing can vary depending on the individual foal and mare.
