If you mean the world, heres how. You got to Traverse town, after you seal the keyhole in Wonderland. You go to the Gummi Ship menu. You then go to the next world. It will be the Coliseum. Then you talk to phil, who will show you what to do next.

Ahem, if you were really adament about getting to Disney Castle in KH it was left in the game data, which it is possible to get to by gameshark or other similar devices. I cannot remember the codes so you would have to look for it. The level is beta/unfinished/glitchy/etc but it exists and for the most part was completely unchanged when it went into KH2.

Traverse Town is in KH1 but not in KH2. Whereas, Twilight Town is in KH2, not KH1.
