I was playing on my PC.
I was playing a modded match & it was a teamdeath match, only sniper's, no gravity and i came 2 but i was p4 level 2 and ended as p4 level 70 and looked at my emblem and had spinning skull. It was a special mode and it was called
Scoutknifes.

the cod 4 is right but if u check on callofduty.wiki it is unconfirmed how to get the spinning skull emblem i have it myself and the only way to get it so far is to jailbreak your ps3/PC or get a jtag for your xbox search on YouTube for videos like

or anything like that just make sure u have a recent month and year or it wont work and you have to name the platform you play it on hope this helped ;)

∙ 13y agoYou need to complete all prestige challenges, for example, 1,000 headshots on every gun, 2500 kills on every gun, complete all the prestige challenges that you can find in the barracks and be tenth prestige!
For the launchers i will show what you need below:
At4-HS- 2500 kills+1000 multikills
Thumper- 2500 kills+ 1000 multikills
RPG7- 2500 kills+ 1000 multikills
Stinger- Shoot down 5000 helecopters for gold 250 for silver

Yes this is all right but the one thing everyone doesnt know is you cant be tenth prestige! once you do everything then go to tenth!!!!!!!!!!!! In my opinion, it is impossible to get the spinning skull emblem without hacking it. I don't even think it is worth getting since Black Ops comes out in 3 days. ( 11/6/10 ). But from what I have read from forums, to get the emblem you must complete ALL prestige challenges on 10 prestige, that means weapon challenges too.. Then again, it may be a emblem trap so IW knows who to ban from getting it..
