If you on a non chat zone then you can only pick from preset messages. If your on one of those servers then it will have a little chat box indicating it is a nonchat zone. If you want a text box then go to a server that has no chat box next to it. Then you can type in anything you want. Some servers that are chattable are Husky, Christmas, Flurry, and Icicle.

∙ 13y agoIf you are ultimate safe chat, you can only use pre-selected phrases. If your legal guardian approved regular chat, you just look at the bottom of the screen and click on the blue part and you will get a blinking cursor. then type away! Just do not write inappropriate language or u will be banned.
