Go to the Strongold of Security (underneath the Barbarian village). You will appear in the first of 4 floors. On floor 1, kill Minotuars until you get a skull right half. Then, proceed to the 2nd floor. Kill Flesh Crawlers until you get the bottom sceptre. Next, go to the 3rd floor and kill Catablepons until you get the Top Sceptre. Lastly, go to the 4th floor and kill Ankous until you get the Skull Left half. To build the Skull Sceptre, use the skull halves on each other, the sceptre parts on eachother. Then atatch the sceptre to the skull.

it's relatively easy. if you don't want to find them by yourself, you can google halo 3 skulls and you should get about 5000 tutorials about how to find them. there are either one or two skulls in every level of the halo 3 campaign, and there are skulls in one of each of the mythic maps in the mythic map pack. good luck. probably the esiest skull is the mythic. start the mission halo and at the dark tunell take a right and at the end, there it is. 1.difficulty must be on normal. 2.must sart from mision start. 1.for the catch skull, you cant destroy the tanks, but you can kill the turet. 2. also for the catch skull, you must beat the campain on normal or up. 3.for the iwhbyd skull (stands for i would have been your dady) you dont have to do the long sequnce, you can also do the last 7 digits. 4.when you pick up the iwhbyd skull, you cant just save and quit like normaly, insted you mus finsh the level. well, i hoped i helped i might put a link on the page somtime. super spartan
