You cannot, at least not at the moment. I don't doubt there will be a later release of those maps for everyone to purchase. For the moment, however, you can only get them with Hardened or Prestige versions of the game.
Never had the release everyone though was coming and both First Strike and Escalation have only one zombie map. You can still find those hardened edition games for quite a lot more than the retail $80 they originally sold for
