You cannot, at least not at the moment. I don't doubt there will be a later release of those maps for everyone to purchase. For the moment, however, you can only get them with Hardened or Prestige versions of the game. Never had the release everyone though was coming and both First Strike and Escalation have only one zombie map. You can still find those hardened edition games for quite a lot more than the retail $80 they originally sold for

Everyone linked would need to have the map you want to play so you could not play any of the World at War zombie maps from the Prestige edition Without your own Prestige or Hardened edition there is no way to play the WAW zombie maps. Even if you borrow an edition they do not come with the maps
