You need the event Celebi from the older DS Pokemon games into Pokemon White and go to Castelia City. On the northeast, there's a building with about maybe 2 people inside. Talk to one of them and one of the kids turn out to be Zorua. You don't need to battle it. Just make sure you have one more space in your party and Zorua will be in your party automatically. It starts out level 10 and it is a male.
