How do you get the Sol in the Twlight Tempel in the ledgend of Zelda twilight princess?

On the GCN version, the first sol is located at the very back of The West Wing. On the Wii version, the first sol is located at the very back of the east wing. Once you get there whack the hand, grab the sol and run like your being chased by a giant glowing hand that can go through walls. (Which you are!) Once you exit the Palace and are back outdoors, you'll be safe from the hand. Drop the sol in the slot and do the same thing you just did, only in the opposit wing to get the second sol.
