How do you get the Two Across Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts 2?

You cannot phisically get Riku's Keyblade "Way to the Dawn", but in the final battle with Xemnas the final move is Riku throws Sora his keyblade and they use it to defeat Xemnas. The only way you would be able to use it and I'm not 100% sure on this, but you would have to use Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix and use an emulator to hack the game to use his keyblade. In kingdom Hearts 358/2 days you can use riku as a playable character in multiplayer mode and once you unlock the zero gear you can use "Way to the Dawn".

Second: Two Become One is given to Sora if he win the fight against a part of himself in his own Heart, but that only would happen in the *Final* of his adventure, so don't *Mix* up the things

You cannot get 2 keyblades for Sora. But on Kh 2 Final Mix + you can although if you live in England final mix won't be coming out soon.

There is no in-game way to obtain King Mickey's keyblade. The only way to use King Mickey's keyblade is by means of hacking or game-modification systems such as GameShark and Action Replay.
