If you are talking about ocarina, you dont get the bombchu in goron temple, more known as fire temple. The only dungeon you can get bombchus is ganons castle spirit temple section. Otherwise, you can get them in a secret shop in castle town, as a prize in Bowling, from the guy on the carpet in the desert, or maybe in a random chest aroud hyrule.
