Put simply. Yes it does. The fuel return line comes off the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator and heads back to the fuel tank.
Tank no, you can disconnect the reserve fuel line from the fuel off switch,to drain the tank. The carb has a drain in the bottom of the bowl to drain for storage to prevent fuel gum-up.
you will have to drop the gas tank to access the fuel line or if you do not want to drop the tank you can remove the bed bolts and lift off the truck bed
Because there is water in the fuel line. Drain the gas tank, fuel line and the carcuretor bowl. Then put new gas in it.
First you must pinch off the fuel line on the top side of the fuel pump so there wont be any fuel loss, then remove the fuel tank straps and remove the tank from your jeep. there will be a big screw on lide then remove the fuel pump from the tank.
That hose is your vent line for the fuel tank.
It's under the car close to the fuel tank. Follow the fuel line that comes off the top of tank and you'll see it. It'd under a metal shield.

most trucks have a shut off valve in the cross pipe between the tanks. just need to get underneath and lookANSWERNot a good idea because you have a fuel return line that goes into that tank. If you stop the fuel from flowing out it will at some point be overflowing in that tank.
