most trucks have a shut off valve in the cross pipe between the tanks. just need to get underneath and look
ANSWERNot a good idea because you have a fuel return line that goes into that tank. If you stop the fuel from flowing out it will at some point be overflowing in that tank.
Need to know the model in order to answer this.

Never worked on the Century Class, but I am familiar with the similar Columbia... there should be a panel on the passenger side which can be popped out with a flat screwdriver.. that should expose the fuse panel. There might also be a panel by the driver's side door, just behind the seat, on the wall.
It will be up under the dash above the pedals OR on the passenger side up in the dash.

On a 2002 Lincoln LS : The fuel pump for the ENGINE is on the PASSENGER side of the tank ------------------------------------------------------------------------- and the JET PUMP , which transfers fuel to the passenger side of the tank , is located on the DRIVERS side of the tank
Clamp the fuel lines, or else disconnect them and plug them. There is no valve to allow you to do this.
