most trucks have a shut off valve in the cross pipe between the tanks. just need to get underneath and look
ANSWERNot a good idea because you have a fuel return line that goes into that tank. If you stop the fuel from flowing out it will at some point be overflowing in that tank.

Never worked on the Century Class, but I am familiar with the similar Columbia... there should be a panel on the passenger side which can be popped out with a flat screwdriver.. that should expose the fuse panel.
