Very easily. Just phone up the power company. They want to get this taken care of just as much as you do. If the line gets cut and they have to come out and restore your service, that'll cost them a lot more than it would to trim a tree. In fact, if the power company discovered it before you did, they'd be out there trimming whether or not you wanted them to trim.
