If, by 'elaborating' you mean adding comments, you can choose to Insert Comments using those options if they are available on the Google Docs toolbar for your document.
You and your colleagues can all work within the same document when using Google Docs, so any comments or edits will be seen by all collaborators. You can click on your comment to assign a color so that your comments are easily distinguishable from those of other collaborators, and the commenter's name and a timestamp will automatically appear next to each comment.
