There is no action replay code,but you can get both dogs on nintendogs:Best friends edition.It's rare so it will be alot of money(there was once a game like that for 150 bucks,I mean150 bucks!)

Well if you know someone else that has nintendogs (any kind) and if they already have a shiba inu then you can connect your DSi's, Ds' 3Ds' and 'catch up' with them. Your friend has to choose their shiba inu for the 'catch up' and you can choose any of your dogs. This always works for me, I hope this helped
