Save the spreadsheet as an XML file, then import that XML file into a KML application. KML is a file format used to display geographic data in an Earth browser; mostly used by GOOGLE. See related links for information about KML format.

The KML programming language includes specifications for features for viewing in Google Earth, Maps and Mobile and other geobrowser programs. The current specification for KML is 2.2.
Check for a leak somewhere in the system. Tank - lines - etc. Park on a dry surface in a parking lot. Turn the engine off, then turn the key "ON" without starting the engine. Give it a few moments then look to se if you can see petrol under the vehicle.
You can load KML (with points, lines, polygons, etc.) either directly on Google Maps website or via the Google Maps API. Google Maps supports KML via the Google Maps API. See related links below for details. The classic Google Maps interface supports KML via the search query. Just enter a URL to a KML file in search box and Google Maps will load the KML and render on the map, but this only works in the classic Google Maps interface.

You can search for specific KML or KMZ files on the public Internet using the Google advanced search.Go to the Google search web site then click "advanced search" on the bottom of the page. From the advanced search page select "KML" or "KMZ" as the file type then add some specific keywords to find a specific file. For a short-cut just add the special directive filetype:kml or filetype:kmz to the end of search text on Google search page to restrict the search to only KML or KMZ files.Example: hiking trail filetype:kmlWill find KML files with hiking trail in the name or description.
Katie Madonna Lee goes by KML.
To show polygonal data with a series of points in Google Earth you need to convert the series of points for each Polygon into a Polygon geometry in a KML file. Here's a simple polygon defined as a series of longitude-latitude pairs:-122.431939,37.801984-122.431564,37.802033-122.431499,37.801715-122.431872,37.801663-122.431939,37.801984See related link below for more details.

There are shape files and KML files which have represent each US state as a Polygon or line segment. One such KML source is posted here which you can view in Google Earth. Many official data sources (many as shape or KML files) from federal and state agencies are freely available at data.gov. You often have to search and try out different sources until you find the right one.
Google maps has a special Markup Language file called KML that is a sublanguage of XML.There is a tutorial at google.com to show how to make a browser embeding object(area) and how to make pop-ups and locations with the KML markup file types. See the related link for more information.
Yes. Google Earth Professional also allows you measure area, but it is expensive. Alternatively you can use the free version of Google Earth, mark the area to be measured as a path. Then save it as a kml file. Programs like EasyAcreage can then read these kml files and calculate the acreage for you. This method is remarkably accurate. See a case study where the accuracy of this method was used to measure the size of a tennis court. The KML Tools Project and Zonums area tool (in links below) is an easy way to measure area online.
The 3-D models for Google Earth are created with SketchUp Tool. To display 3-D buildings you only need to enable the 3-D buildings layer. You can find other 3-D buildings in the Google 3-D Warehouse and import them as KML into Google Earth or create your own with SketchUp.
In edit mode of Google Earth you could take one point of one line segment (path) and extend it to the intersect with other line such that the two lines appear to be a single line. However, there is no automatic way to merge the two lines into a single feature. To merge two paths into a single Placemark you need to manually edit the raw KML and move/copy the coordinates of one into the element of the other line. Here's an example with a KML file having two line paths which need to be merged.OLD KML:east-122.431885303019,37.8019316061803-122.431762847554,37.8019476932246-122.431719843168,37.8017374462006west-122.431719843168,37.8017374462006-122.431841863906,37.8017213314352-122.431885303019,37.8019316061803The merged KML would look like thiseast-west-122.431885303019,37.8019316061803-122.431762847554,37.8019476932246-122.431719843168,37.8017374462006-122.431719843168,37.8017374462006-122.431841863906,37.8017213314352-122.431885303019,37.8019316061803Note when you manually paste the coordinates it's hard to debug and identify which points on the map are in which order in the list. To help debug editing the points a free online is available to generate numbers corresponding to the order of the point in the list. Click on related link below and paste your KML into the form.

You can export places in Google Earth by right-clicking on a given Placemark or any Folder in "My Places" then select "Save Place As". You can also choose between saving as KML or KMZ. Note that KMZ is the zipped version of a KML file so recommend to export as KMZ so any referenced local images, overlays, icons, etc. are also exported.
