How do you get a rubber ducky in club penguin?

You have to wear a rubber duck ring and go in water, then swim with it. (To swim, you must only be wearing the Rubber Duck Ring, and press D on the keyboard or select the Dance action on the actions bar at the bottom bar.) That should get you the stamp. You can find swimming water in the Underground Swimming Pool, The Cove and the Hidden Lake (Go to the forest, click the rock, go down the rope ladder). The Rubber Duck Ring is an item avalible for all non-member penguins, it is an item given away free every year at the Summer Party. If the Summer Party has passed already without you obtaining it, wait till next year's Summer Party, and obtain it then. They are found stuffed in a crate with a "FREE" sign in it, all you need to do is walk up to it, and it will say; "You have found a Rubber Duck Ring. Would you like to pick it up?" Click "OK" (or yes, or whatever yes option it says......) The Rubber Duck Ring comes in colours Aqua Blue and Yellow. Next year they might have them for sale, so if they aren't in the typical crate, check merchant boothes and the Gift Shop. (They might still be in a crate, so if they aren't in the Town or Plaza, try the Beach, the Docks, the Lighthouse, the Ski Village and the ski hill, ect.)

Step 1: Go to the gift shop

Step 2: Click on the cataloge

Step 3: Go on the page where you can get the Hiking Backpak and click on the all the trees until you find the one with a blue rubber duck on

Step 4: Then put it on with absolutely nothing else on

Step 5: Go to the cove

Step 6: When you get the cove go in the water

Step 7: Press the D button

well the water wings are not currently availble in the August 2010 catalogs, but the inflatable duck is. It is a secret item in the Penguin Style catalog.

Water wings only come out during parties, and because I quit the game for 2 years I am not sure but I believe that it only comes out during the summer party. Guess you have to wait!

The rubber ducky currently rare because it came during the Water Party of 2007. We don't not know if its coming out soon or never again
