You first need to remove the side cover at the top of the cylinder on the right side. Once this is removed you will expose the power valves and power valve actuator rod. You will need to remove a cotter pin that holds the actuator rod to the power valve shaft. You can then remove the power valve shaft. The power valves will come out through the exhaust port. It is best to have the cylinder head removed and expansion chamber removed for access. If the shaft wont pull out it is because of carbon build up. You will need to spray the shaft and valves with solvent. The shaft should pull out.
The radiator guards for a 1998 CR125 may not fit a 2001 CR125 due to differences in the frame design and mounting points between those model years. It's essential to check compatibility with specific parts or consult with a dealer or aftermarket manufacturer for confirmation. If you're looking for a direct fit, it's best to use guards designed specifically for the 2001 model.

To change the exhaust manifold on a 2001 Oldsmobile, first, disconnect the battery and remove any components obstructing access to the manifold, such as the intake or engine covers. Then, detach the exhaust pipes and unbolt the manifold from the cylinder head while ensuring you have a proper gasket for reinstallation. Replace the old manifold with the new one, reattach the exhaust pipes, and reconnect any components you previously removed. Finally, reconnect the battery and check for any exhaust leaks.
