∙ 13y agoOnce you rescue all three of the kidnapped spies, and have the Ultra Vision Goggles, you can enter the BAD satellite center to the right of Toupee Terrace. The fingerprint will unlock the security door to the control center.

∙ 12y agoIt unlocks the security door at the BAD control center to the right of Toupee Terrace. You can only go there once you have rescued all three spies (in order), because you need the Goggles from the 3rd spy to get past the lasers there.
