Um... that's not a very good question to ask on this website. Everyone has different keyboards and we have no stinkin' idea which one you have. And how did you even get your keyboard on FRENCH?! I mean really?!

Try using a vacuum cleaner on the lowest setting against your keyboard. You could also use a hair dryer to blow away the dust and debris with a room temperature setting on low speed. There are air cans made specifically for spraying into your keyboard (it's only air) to remove dust available at many office supply or electronics stores worldwide. The keys do come off your laptop keyboard; however, you must be extremely careful popping the keys off as a laptop keyboard is more delicate than a regular keyboard and the parts are much smaller. Firmly, but gently, use a flat-head screwdriver or other such object to pry the key from the keyboard with balanced pressure from both sides of the key. You may need to pop off another key on the keyboard to see exactly how the piece that latches the key to the keyboard is placed if you forget when you are ready to replace it. Again, gently, but firmly, press the key back onto the keyboard once you are done cleaning underneath of it until it snaps back onto the keyboard. I would not recommend doing this for the entire keyboard unless you have plenty of time and patience on your hands.
By default its left Alt and Shift key.
First off the keyboard must be a Bluetooth keyboard such as an Apple Buletooth keyboard. Secondly you must have Bluetooth turned on and it must be discoverable. To turn it on and make it discoverable click System Preferences in the Dock and then choose Bluetooth from the screen that comes up. There you will see ON & Discoverable. Click each box and then close out the screen. Turn on your Bluetooth keyboard and it will pair with your iMac.
