See everyone, Hena thinks that using sinking lures for fishing is cheating , so that is why. You get the sinking lure by catching a Ordon Catfish, a Hyrule Bass, and a Hylian Pike. After that, But, before you do that, you have to get the Coral Earring from the Zora boy in the graveyard sanctuary. Finally, when all that is done, Go to the far east corner of the lake and take out your Fishing Rod. After a few times , you will catch the Sinking Lure. Make sure you don't let Hena see you fishing with it, or she will take it away.
