To get the window up you must drill out the three rivets that hold the regulator to the door and remove the nut at the top right of the regulator. Once they have been removed you can lift the window up from the bottom of the door. Be carefull not to let the spring in the regulator wnwind on it's own, it could cause injury or damage the window. Good luck. On my door there were no rivets just three bolts holding the Regulator motor and gear assembly in place. The bolts were recessed in the door the socket was 8mm. I removed the bolts and with a gentle pull the Assembly came loose into my hand. I then rested the unit in a safe spot to remove the connector near the bottom of the door. I pulled the unit clear and reconnected it for a test since the window would not go up or down ( that's why we are here... lol :). It seemed to work out of the door just fine but I disassembled it and low and behold the armature had Sooo Much wear it's a wonder it worked at all!! So the rule is it quits working........ REPLACE IT!! Assembly is just the reverse. So good luck to you and be some one's Hero! Subjohn :)
just so i can get it up atleast
The 1996 Ford Explorer owners manual shows in location # 16 , a 30 amp mini fuse for the front wiper ( the fuse panel cover is visible on the drivers end of the dash with the drivers door open )
most likely the power steering
where is the window wiper relay on a 94 ford explorer
It is the same reservoir as the front window washer.
It's the interior trim panel in the drivers footwell just in front of the drivers door
Yes
The rear window washer is fed from the front window washer tank in the engine compartment
Each window is by itself. The rear pass. and front drivers would have nothing to do with the front pass. window. Manual or power it wouldn't make any difference.
kick it
Check the fuses on the front passenger side
remove the door panel
