Change the language that your device uses to something other than British English.
e.g. Australian English.

The question mark is on the forward slash key. To type a question mark, just press and hold 'Shift' on your keyboard and while holding 'Shift' press the '/' key (right next to shift). Pressing 'shift' also helps you capitalize letters when typing, and if there is a key with a symbol on the bottom and a symbol on the top, pressing 'shift' and that key inserts the top symbol on the computer screen where you are typing. Without pressing shift, the symbol on the bottom of the key will be inserted.
