How do you get the helicopter on Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories?

on the mission false idols put on the cars drive on water cheat and go to the airport in shoresidevale and search around and then you will find a helicopter and then steel it and then store it in your garage and then save : ) if you die you can get on the hopital roof with your jetpack and there will be one in the corner

on a certain mission when you have to chase a heli whenever it lands on a building find a motorcycle or some sort of 2 wheeler drive it up the stairs and jack the heli and you can drive the heli but im not sure you can quit and keep the heli :( if you die well just look up

Also, they will be scattered around the map, mostly on the center island. There is a tall building with a pink ;light in eavh corner near the Empire State Building. you can use the jet pack to fly on top, or use the window washer lift. look on all four sides to find the lift, then get on. At the top, you aren't at the roof, just close. Walk around the the metel walk way until you see a latter. climp it to the roof. There will be a maveric helicopter on a helipad.
