You cannot use a Helephant pet on any other school but Fire. You can hatch a Helephant with a Stormzilla and get either a Burninator or a Maelstrom Oni, both which can be equipped to your Storm wizard. You may have to hatch several times to get a Storm pet, but it does happen. No cards give pets, just the spells that come with them.
