How do you get the high frequency beam in Metroid prime 3 corruption?

The High Frequency Beam (AKA the Nova Beam) can be found in the mining site in the Pirate Homeworld.
A quick walkthrough of how to get there:
Although you would probably want some backup before you attack their seed, just attempt to go to the area it tells you to go to get rid of it anyways. If you have the Grapple Voltage, you should be able to drain the energy off of the control terminal that's powering the shield after you take care of the pirates in the area. When you do that, go through the corridor, if you have hazard shield, then the acid rains that are pouring down here will be no problem, note that you'll have to fight some Scritters in this area though.
When you're through, you'll enter a large room, oh s***, what was that? Looks like you tripped an alarm system, destroy all the enemies that appear and a cut scene will show you an area you can go into in morph ball form. Go in there, and a cannon will blast you to the other side of the command center. When you're through, I would suggest draining the nearby power terminal so you can come back later. Use morph ball to climb up the spider rail, and you'll find yourself in a Transit Station. Scan whatever you can scan there to activate the manual activation. Use it to call the Transit thing, and go inside. Use that and voila! You're in the Mining Site.

You can't. The Nova beam is one of the last upgrades in Metroid Prime:3 Corruption. You find it in the final part of the game, on the Pirate homeworld, right before the final Leviathan.
