Well, you have to wait until Christmas Day. Then pause the game and go to the foliage part of the construction panel. Scroll all the way down. Return to the game and wait until the rain forest flowers go down. Then pause the game and place the trees in the desired places (I suggest building a small tree farm and placing one holiday tree in the farm. Also, I suggest building a reindeer exhibit while the game is still paused and place 6 or 7 holiday trees inside, all while the game is paused).
