How do you get the lady spy out spy island?

To get to the 3rd Spy -

1. Leave Toupee Terrace and go back to Balding Avenue. At the Grease Monkey garage, go as high as you can using the grappling bowtie. (To use the grappling bowtie just click on the bowtie on the bottom left and click which way you want to go.)
2. Go up to the rooftops and go left. Use your grappling bowtie to try to grab another platform. Be careful, there's a B.A.D. guard there. Grapple farther left to the red building. Climb to the top.
3. Now use your grappling bowtie to try to grab another platform or antenna at the right. (A friendly spy suggests this.)
4. Enter the tube and you are now in a greenhouse.

Rescue the spy and she will give you a pair of "Ultra-Vision Goggles" and the last satellite clue. You still need the Fingerprint from the BAD Bistro before you can enter the BAD hideout.

Answer 2

The third spy is in a greenhouse on the Rooftops over Balding Avenue. To rescue her :

1. Go to the right bottom in the greenhouse.

2. You'll see a tree with a purple ball hanging. This is the Cherry Bomb Tree.

3. Click on it to drop the fruit, which is a bomb that explodes in 40 seconds.

4. Push the bomb to the right to the first plant you see in the ground. (Trampoline plant)

5. It will throw the bomb UP and to the right.

6. Jump up and push the bomb left again. It will land near another Trampoline plant. (If you keep pushing while you are falling, the bomb will reach the plant immediately.)

7. Jump up to where the bomb landed, near the cage.

8. Push the bomb to the door to the cage and wait for it to explode.

9. Once it explodes, it'll blast the cage open.

10. The third spy will be free and will give you the Ultra Vision Goggles. These enable you to see the lasers and when they are off. She will also give you the last clue to the passcode overlay.

Once you have the goggles and the Fingerprint from the BAD Bistro, you can enter the BAD hideout to the right of Toupee Terrace.

To rescue the Third Spy, use the cherry bomb to blast the cage open.

First, go to the bottom right corner of the screen where it has a cherry bomb tree. Click the big red cherry, and it releases, and it is going to explode. Now you have less than a minute to get this to the top. So hurry but don't go too fast. Push the "cherry bomb" to the flower that bounces it up. Follow it by jumping on the flower yourself. Again, avoid the attack plants and push the bomb to the left, onto the second flower. It will be thrown next to the cage, but not close enough. Climb up and push it closer and wait for it to explode.

The freed third spy gives you the Ultra Vision Googles, which can see lasers. Once you have obtained the Fingerprint from the Bistro B.A.D. agent, you can enter the B.A.D. control station to the right of Toupee Terrace.

Use cherry bombs from the tree at the bottom left. Push it into trampoline plants and push it to the cage. But it will explode 40 seconds after being picked.

The safe door is locked. Climb into the safe through the ceiling by jumping on the ledges.
