How do you get the map piece on pearl harbor on poptropica?

Parrot Port is the island directly right (3 o'clock position) from Fort Ridley. You do not normally buy cargoes there because nothing is relatively cheap. You can sell any salvage, however, and Medicine bought at Bouffant Bay (just up from there) is sold here at a premium.

The "navigator" is in Petey's Pirate Pub. If you can afford her, she can increase your ship's sailing speed by 2 knots or more. There is also a cracker at upper left that is used to get the island's piece of the Treasure Map.

To get the map piece :

• Get the cracker from Petey's Pub and go to the Trading Post where the parrot is sitting.
• The parrot will say "Squaawk! Jump in the sea, then come and find me." (go into the water by your ship, and swim ashore)
• When you return, he is on the left upper window of the Trading post. Now he will say "Squaawk! Clog the vent, then see where I went."
• Jump atop the ash screen on the chimney of Petey's Pub, to partly stop the smoke.
• Now the parrot is on a palm tree at far right, and will direct you to see its owner, a pirate atop the tall tower near the dock, saying "Squaawk! To the old tower go, and find a pirate I know."
• Go to see the pirate, who will ask you to retrieve his parrot. Return to the rooftop of the Trading Post, and lure the parrot down with the cracker. Lead him to the tower and receive the map piece from his owner.
• Once you leave the island, the pirate and parrot disappear.

To get the Treasure Map piece at Golden Harbor, you have to click on the street lamps (lanterns) so that the 1st, 2nd and 4th lanterns (counting from the left) remain on. The lanterns should be turned on in this order : 4, 2, 1. The map piece will appear in the draped archway near the 3rd lantern.
