This happened to me in a car I used to have. My mechanic drilled two small holes on each side of the headlight glass/plastic. It took a while, but the moisture dissipated and didn't come back.
False it can happen on any surface with moisture on it. ( think i spelled moisture wrong).
It may die from lack of sufficient moisture.

It can. But this will only really happen if there is enough moisture in it. This moisture may come from the filling (an oily cream or liquidy berries, for example).

Rain is made when the cloud has too much moisture in it, and has to get rid of some.
