If you complete Bowser's Galaxy Generator, you will get a letter from Luigi saying if you need any help from him, just look for the big 'L' on Starship Mario, Go get Luigi, And now you unlocked Luigi!

Anyway,I will tell you the hidden and green stars.The hidden star is a piece a cake.Find the place where you can wall jump.If there is a dead end,go to the next one.Keep wall jumping until you find a forest area with a star. Grab it an go.Green star number ! is in the fruit area above the choppah.Green star number 2 is also in the air as number one.Swing on the vine in the area those creepy black things are and fly to this area with star bits.Then fly from there until you touch the star.
