Password 1: Head to Mt Ember, you will overhear two rockets speaking. One will reveal the password, but notice you before they say the second. Defeat the Rockets in the hideout there and that's where you'll gain the Ruby.
Password 2: Is not quite as easy. You need to visit Island 4, beat the Rockets in Icefall Cave, they will tell you where their hideout is, but provide no pass. You must them head to Island 7 and work your way around the Ruins until you reach the Dotted Hole. (Head South from the entrance area). Use Cut next to the door which will open it, using the guide in the centre (braille) head through the correct holes and you will reach the Sapphire, a Rocket Scientist will steal the Sapphire, but give you the second password.
